Copenhagen Stock Exchange Financial Calendar 2003

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has the following plan for the publication of financial statements, etc for 2003.

• Annual Report for 2002 & preliminary announcement of the annual accounts: 6 February
• Announcement of results for Q1: 19 May
• Announcement of results for the first six months: 18 August
• Announcement of results for Q3: 10 November

In connection with the meeting on 6 February 2002, the annual report will be published electronically in both Danish and English.

The ordinary general meeting of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will moreover be held on 28 April 2003.
