Copenhagen Stock Exchange: Changed Date For The Publication Of The Annual Accounts For 2001 And Financial Calendar 2002

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange brings forward the date for the holding of the Board meeting, where the results of 2001 will be discussed, to 4 February 2002 against 5 February as previously announced. In connection with the meeting the annual report and accounts will be published electronically.

The printed annual report and accounts will be available in week 10.

Furthermore, the ordinary general meeting of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S will be held on 16 April 2002.
