Copenhagen Stock Exchange: Bustling Activity On The Equity Market In October

Share trading in the first 10 months of 2004 amounted to DKK 481 billion. In October, turnover reached just over DKK 48 billion, which means that the value of average daily trading was up 2.5 per cent on September. The share trading in the fist 10 months of the year has now beaten all previous all-time highs on the Exchange. The previous record was set in 2000 and amounted to DKK 455 billion.
