"The Exchange's website is the primary meeting place for listed companies and their investors, but also for the investment funds and their investors. Through our cooperation with Morningstar we will provide the investors with a unique basis of information and analyses regarding the entire field of investment funds. In future, the private investors may via the Exchange's website gain easy access to comparable information on the various funds from an independent source - Morningstar - which may enter into their investment decisions," says Senior Vice President Peter Belling.
Commenting on the cooperation, Peter Meyer, Managing Director of Morningstar Danmark, said, "The Copenhagen Stock Exchange is a leading player in the investment area in Denmark with a frequently visited website. For that reason Morningstar is pleased about the cooperation because we will now be able to reach more private investors with our information services and thus ensure them a better and more well-informed basis for decisions. The fact that the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has chosen us as their partner in this important field is also a seal of approval of Morningstar's expertise."
The cooperation ensures that users of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange's websites www.cse.dk, www.xtramarked.dk and www.xtralist.dk in future will have access to Morningstar news and analyses on all listed investment funds and unlisted funds on the Exchange's XtraMarked and the new XtraList.
