The sub-funds on the main market invest exclusively in shares. On the XtraMarked two sub-funds invest in bonds and one sub-fund, which appeals to persons who save for their pension, invests in a mix of shares and bonds. In the subscription period, the six sub-funds raised more than DKK 1 billion.
Deputy President Jan Ovesen said, ”We are very pleased to welcome LD Invest as a new issuer on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and the XtraMarked. LD Invest now grants primarily private investors easier access to investment in LD Invest’s six sub-funds as trading will take place via the same trading system as is used for the equity market.”
Chairman of LD Invest Mads Krage said, “Listing on the Exchange’s markets for investment certificates has always been part of LD Invest’s strategy. Our concept is low costs and simplicity. The Exchange’s trading and information system makes it easier for the private investor to have his placements in LD Invest managed. A secure framework is important to the investors.”
