Converium: Conditions For Inclusion In SMI® Not Met

The Management Board of SWX and the Index Commission have decided that Converium (security number 1,299,771) will not be included in the Swiss Market Index (SMI®) for the time being.

After exercise of the greenshoe option and at the end of the stabilization period, Converium did not have the required minmum capitalization. Inclusion in the SMI® is conditional upon a market capitalization that amounts to at least 0.45 percent of SPI capitalization.
