Confirmation Of Inclusion Of Belgacom In The BEL20®-index

Following the press release of 2004/03/08 and the end of the "if and when" period, the Belgacom share will enter the index on 2004/03/30 replacing the share Tessenderlo. Consequently, the weights of the other index members will be adjusted and the new divisors will be communicated on 2004/03/29 after close. For information: please find the new weights in the table below.

On March 29, the shares Belgacom and Tessenderlo will be subject to a delayed closing auction at 5:35 pm; the 'Trading at last' will take place at 5:35 pm until 5:40 pm CET
