The Annual General Meeting of Oslo Børs Holding ASA held on 15 September approved the distribution of an extraordinary dividend of NOK 12 per share, representing a total distribution of NOK 60 million. The required two-month creditor notification period will end December 15. It is expected that the required registrations with the Register of Business Enterprises will be in place December 17, which also will be the last day the share will be traded inclusive right to the dividend. The first day of trading exclusive right to the didvidend is expected to be December 18. The dividend is expected be distributed to the shareholders on December 29.
Notice of the final record date and date of distribution for the extraordinary dividend will be published on the Oslo Børs website at www.oslobors.no/ir and through the Association of Norwegian Stockbroking Companies message system at www.nfmf.no/NOTC/nyheter on December 17.
