STOXX Ltd., the leading provider of European equity indexes, today announced that Southampton Leisure Holdings PLC (U.K., Travel & Leisure, SOO.LN) will be removed from the Dow Jones STOXX Football Index.
Southampton Leisure Holdings PLC is being deleted due to its filing for bankruptcy.
No new component will be added to the Dow Jones STOXX Football Index at this time.
The change in the Dow Jones STOXX Football Index will be effective as of the open of trading on Wednesday, April 8, 2009.
