Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) plans to revise the Detailed Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange for Manganese Silicon Futures and the Detailed Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange for Ferrosilicon Futures pursuant to laws, regulations, and administrative rules including the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, and the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges. Public comments are hereby requested on the proposed changes.
Comments and suggestions on the proposed changes to these rules should be submitted to ZCE by email before October 28, 2025.
