Company Share Changes In The S&P/CITIC 300 Index Hong Kong

S&P/CITIC Index Information Services Co., Ltd. will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC 300 Index effective after the close of trading Friday November 3, 2006.

Chengde Xinxin Vanadium & Titanium Co., Ltd. (Exchange Ticker SH600357, GICS code: 15104050), a member of S&P/CITIC 300 Index will increase its index shares from 498,200,000 to 539,551,239. This change is pursuant to a resumption of trading in 41,351,239 shares that are considered available float shares. As a result, the company’s Free Float will change from 0.5080 to 0.5502.

Zhejiang University Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (Exchange Ticker SH600797, GICS code: 45202010), a member of S&P/CITIC 300 Index will increase its index shares from 506,206,851 to 634,204,199. This change is due to a resumption of trading in 127,997,348 shares that are considered available float shares. As a result, the company’s Free Float will change from 0.6226 to 0.7800.
