S&P/CITIC Index Information Services Co., Ltd. will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC 300 and 50 Indices effective after the close of trading on Thursday January 4, 2006.

Bank of China (Exchange Ticker: SH601988, GICS code: 40101010), a member of S&P/CITIC 300 and 50 Indices will increase its index shares from 4,331,170,531 to 5,207,794,000. This change is pursuant to a resumption of trading in 876,623,469 shares that are considered available float shares. As a result, the company’s Free Float will change from 0.01706 to 0.02052.

Founder Technology Group Corp. (Exchange Ticker: SH600601, GICS code: 45202010), a member of S&P/CITIC 300 and 50 Indices will trade ex rights effective Friday January 5. The resulting price adjustment and 3 for 10 share change is to be implemented pending the successful completion announcement due Thursday 4th.

Citychamp Dartong Co., Ltd. (Exchange Ticker: SH600067, GICS code: 20104010), a member of S&P/CITIC 300 Index will increase its index shares from 263,959,141 to 278,304,377. This change is pursuant to a resumption of trading in 14,345,236 shares that are considered available float shares. As a result, the company’s Free Float will change from 0.7115 to 0.7502.
