Company Share Change In The S&P/CITIC 50 And S&P/CITIC 300 Indices

S&P/CITIC Index Information Services Co., Ltd. will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC 50 and S&P/CITIC 300 Indices effective after the close of trading Monday June 5, 2006.

Shenergy Co ltd. (Exchange Ticker: SH600642, GICS code: 55105010), a member of S&P/CITIC 300 and 50 Indices will increase its index shares from 813,764, 160 to 886,296,374. This change is pursuant to a secondary issue of which 72,532,214 are considered available float shares. As a result, the company’s Free Float will change from 0.3026 to 0.3067.
