Commodity Futures Trading Commission: Comment Period Announced For Resubmitted Hedgestreet Contract Market Application

HedgeStreet, Inc., which has applied to the Commission for designation as a contract market, has resubmitted its application on September 23, 2003.

In order to ensure that all parties have a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the resubmitted application, Commission staff is requesting comment on the application for a 15-day period ending on October 14, 2003.
