The Corporate Governance Directive of the SWX Swiss Exchange has been in force since 1 July 2002. The German commentary has been available on the Internet at http://www.swx.com/admission/comment_rlcg.pdf since 19 November 2002. The English and French versions are currently being prepared. The commentary on the Corporate Governance Directive is intended for persons who are responsible for drawing up annual reports, as well as for advisors, lawyers, CPAs and journalists.
