Under the terms of the partnership CMS WebView plc (CMS) will utilise managed bandwidth capacity provided by Gains International (Gains) to enable international distribution of its wholesale digital data feed (DDF) of real-time futures and options information.
CMS will use the agreement to establish communications nodes in key financial centres from where it will market DDF directly to local quote vendor and investment companies. Singapore will be the first centre targeted under the terms of this partnership.
The agreement also builds upon the longstanding business relationship in which Gains act as the provider of trans-Atlantic bandwidth for CMS's real-time data services.
