CME Independence Day Holiday Schedule

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) has announced the following trading schedule for the Independence Day holiday (all times are Central time):

Wednesday, July 3: All interest rate, foreign exchange and commodity futures and options on futures traded on CME's trading floors close at noon (except commodity options, which close at 12:02 p.m.). Stock index and GSCI® products close at their regularly scheduled times.
GLOBEX® electronic trading closes at noon for commodity products and 3:15 p.m. for interest rate, foreign exchange and stock index products.
Thursday, July 4: Exchange trading floors are closed in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
GLOBEX halts at 10:30 a.m. and resumes trading at 5:30 p.m.
Friday, July 5: Interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity futures and GSCI products traded on CME's trading floors and on GLOBEX close at noon (except commodity options, which close at 12:02 p.m.).
Stock index products traded on the trading floor and on GLOBEX close at 12:15 p.m.
