Troyke, 40, will advise CME on all labor, employment and employee benefits law matters and assist with the company’s corporate compliance program. She will report to Kathleen Cronin, Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Troyke has over ten years of experience in labor and employment law. She most recently served as Assistant General Counsel, Labor and Employment for United Airlines, where she was responsible for managing the labor, employment and benefits law areas. She also worked for Mayer, Brown & Platt as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Department, where she was responsible for representing employers in employment-related litigation under federal and state employment laws.
Troyke earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northern Illinois University, an M.B.A. with an emphasis in human resource management/labor relations from DePaul University Graduate School of Business, and a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
