The new trading hours will be as follows: Class IV milk, 9:20 a.m. - 1:10 p.m. (Central Time); Butter, 9:30 a.m. - 1:10 p.m.; Class III milk, cheese, nonfat dry milk and dry whey, 9:40 a.m. - 1:10 p.m.
In addition to futures and options on dairy products, the CME trades cash markets in cheese, nonfat dry milk and butter. Trading hours for cash products are unchanged.
