John F. Curran, Promoted to Managing Director, Products & Services
Curran is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing growth strategies for all CME product areas, including entry into new markets and business planning across product lines. He reports to Rick Redding, Managing Director, Products & Services. Curran previously served as Director, Products & Services. Before joining the company in 1997, Curran worked as an economics and econometrics instructor at the University of Chicago. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago. -
Richard J. Kokoszka, Promoted to Managing Director, Internal Audit
Kokoszka is responsible for the company’s internal audit function and for reporting on the company’s internal controls to its Board-level Audit Committee. He reports to Kathleen Cronin, Managing Director, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Kokoszka previously served as Director, Internal Audit. Before joining the company in 1995, he worked as an independent consultant, served in a number of roles in the internal audit function at Centel Corporation (Sprint), and worked for Beatrice Co. and for Coopers & Lybrand LLC. Kokoszka earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor and an active member and past president of the Institute of Internal Auditors – Chicago Chapter. -
Kevin Kometer, Promoted to Managing Director, Trading Execution Systems
Kometer is responsible for the development and quality management of CME trading systems. He reports to Jim Krause, Managing Director and Chief Information Officer. Kometer previously served as Director, Advanced Technology. Before joining the company in 1994, he worked in various technology roles at Continental Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math from Northern Illinois University.

Tina Lemieux, Promoted to Managing Director, Products & Services
Lemieux is responsible for growing the portfolio of benchmark CME Equity Products. She will also take on additional responsibility for developing hedge fund and retail business across CME product lines, and she reports to Rick Redding, Managing Director, Products & Services. She previously served as Director, CME Equity Products. Before joining CME in 1995, she worked for Enskilda Securities’ marketing and treasury sales areas in the firm’s London office. She also headed the London office of Indosuez Carr Futures and worked as a futures broker, a Marketing Director at Dellsher Investment Company, and a futures broker for First Chicago NBD Corp. Lemieux earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Lake Forest College. -
John Pietrowicz, Promoted to Managing Director, Corporate Finance and Treasury
Pietrowicz is responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s corporate finance, treasury and merger and acquisition functions. He also oversees CME’s capital structure and financial analysis for new business opportunities. Pietrowicz reports to Jamie Parisi, Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Director, Corporate Finance and Treasury. Before joining CME in 2003, Pietrowicz served as Chief Financial Officer for The Merchants’ Exchange, an electronic commodities exchange based in Chicago. He also held financial leadership positions for Ameritech. He began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree from Loyola University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. -
David P. Prosperi, Promoted to Managing Director, Public Relations
Prosperi is responsible for CME’s corporate communications, brand marketing and corporate relations functions. He reports to John Roberts, Managing Director & Chief Marketing Officer. He previously served as Director, Public Relations. Before joining CME in 2004, Prosperi worked for 13 years at the Chicago Board of Trade, most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications. He also had a distinguished career in public service and government relations. He served as Assistant Secretary of Transportation for Public Affairs, and as campaign press secretary for vice presidential nominee Senator Dan Quayle during the 1988 presidential election. Prosperi served as a spokesman for the Office of the President-elect for President George H.W. Bush. He also held senior communications positions at the U.S. Department of the Interior and the U.S. Department of Energy. Prosperi worked as Manager, Government Affairs, for the Superior Oil Company in Washington, D.C. and as Assistant White House Press Secretary to President Ronald Reagan. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in international business from The George Washington University. -
Meg Austin, Promoted to Director, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary
Austin is responsible for all aspects of CME’s reporting status as a publicly traded company, including its compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange and The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. She reports to Kathleen Cronin, Managing Director, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Austin previously served as Associate Director & Assistant Corporate Secretary. Before joining CME in 2003, Austin served as a corporate associate for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and a J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law. -
Felix J. Carabello, Promoted to Director, CME Alternative Investment Products
Carabello oversees the development of all CME alternative investment derivatives, such as weather, housing and economic derivatives. He reports to John Harangody, Director, Agricultural Commodities. Carabello previously served as Associate Director, Industrial Commodities Sales. Before joining CME in 1999, he held various trading and sales positions at Credit Lyonnaise Rouse and Griffin Trading. Additionally, he worked on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) trading floor. He attended Kemper Military College, Westminster College and served his country in the United States Army Reserve, retiring with the rank of Captain in 2000. -
Michael J. March, Promoted to Director, Corporate Program Management
March is responsible for overseeing all CME project and program management efforts, driving progress on key corporate initiatives. He reports to Ken Vroman, Managing Director, Corporate Development. March previously served as Associate Director, Corporate Program Management and also held positions associated with CME clearing technology. Before joining CME in 1992, he held a variety of technology positions with the Options Clearing Corporation. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. McElligott, Promoted to Director, Information Products Management
McElligott is responsible for growing revenue generated from the sale and redistribution of CME market data assets. He reports to Rick Redding, Managing Director, Products & Services. McElligott previously served as Associate Director, Information Products Management, and he has led the Information Products Management team on an interim basis since September 2005. Before joining CME in 2001, he worked as a technology consultant developing e-commerce sites and Internet strategies for large financial institutions, including CME. He also held a variety of positions at Northern Trust. McElligott earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA degree from DePaul University. -
Roberto W. Padilla, Promoted to Director, Enterprise Technology
Padilla is responsible for technology operations at three CME facilities, supporting a variety of technology platforms. He reports to Joe Panfil, Director, Distributed Computing. Padilla previously served as Associate Director, Enterprise Computing Operations and also held roles of increasing responsibility in a variety of technology and operations areas. He joined CME in 1987. Padilla attended Northern Illinois University where he studied computer science. -
Allan L. Schoenberg, Promoted to Director, Corporate Communications
Schoenberg is responsible for managing corporate communications, which includes managing media relations for all CME products, clearing operations, international initiatives, broadcast communications and activities associated with the CME® Globex® electronic platform. He reports to Anita Liskey, Director, Brand Management. Schoenberg previously served as Associate Director, Technology Communications. Before joining CME in 2004, Schoenberg worked for Accenture in global media relations roles. He also has worked in corporate communications for Internet Security Systems, Edelman Worldwide and Fleishman-Hillard. Schoenberg earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree in communications management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communication at Syracuse University. -
Seshadri Sundaram, Promoted to Director, Production Support
Sundaram is responsible for managing the most advanced level of support for CME front end systems, performance tuning and monitoring of trading systems, automation of quality testing and systems certification. He reports to Kevin Kometer, Managing Director, Trading Execution Systems. Sundaram previously served as Associate Director, Systems Development. Prior to joining CME in 2000, Sundaram served in a variety of financial services and technology roles in India. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Anna University, India and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.
