Compañía Latinoamericana de Infraestructura & Servicios, (CLISA), a leading Argentinian infrastructure manager and developer, has become the first company from Argentina to list bonds on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). CLISA is listing US$200m 9.5% senior notes, due 2023, on the Global Exchange Market (GEM).
CLISA engages in road construction and concession, transport, environmental engineering and water services in Argentina. It is a subsidiary of the Roggio Group, a major Argentinian business group specialising in infrastructure and services in Latin America and the USA.
CLISA joins other Latin American corporate issuers listing bonds on the ISE’s Global Exchange Market (GEM) including Chile’s Falabella, Mexico’s Pemex and Brazil's Votorantim Cimentos.
