Clearstream Banking S.A. is a Luxembourg based company and is a 100% subsidiary of Clearstream International, the premier international clearing and settlement organisation. It provides global coverage in securities settlement, custody and asset optimisation services.

The Facility has a 364-day maturity and is for the provision and maintenance of standby liquidity. This is the ninth extension of this facilty which is solely to provide standby liquidity cover.
