The Revised General Exchange Rules and the Clearing Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (the Rules) have been approved by the first 2026 ad-hoc Members’ Assembly of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) and China Securities Regulatory Commission. The Rules are hereby released and shall be implemented on June 12, 2026.
The Chinese version of the Rules can be found on the Chinese website of SHFE, and the English translation is for reference only. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English translation, the former shall prevail.
