Circular On The Implementation Of Amendment To Measures Of Dalian Commodity Exchange For Handling Violations

It is hereby noticed that in order to strengthen market supervision, protect investors’ legitimate rights and interests and maintain the order of the futures market, as reviewed and passed by the Board of Directors and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission for approval, Dalian Commodity Exchange has amended Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Handling Violations. The Amendment is now promulgated which shall come into force from now on.
