Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the subsidiary of Shanghai Futures Exchange has released its Circular on Notice on Requesting Public Comments on Low-Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and Three Implementing Rules on May 22, 2020, as well as the amendment on the deposit for crude oil load-in application.
