Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on Further Expanding the Investment Scope of Qualified Foreign Investors in Commodity Futures and Options as follows:

With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), on April 22, 2026 (starting from the continuous trading session on the evening of April 21, 2026), Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) will further expand the investment scope of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (hereinafter collectively referred to as Qualified Foreign Investors, QFI) to include the following commodity options contracts:
TSR20 options and Bonded Copper options contracts.
