Mr. Gradler will be representing CSE's interests in Washington, D.C. on an ongoing basis. Based upon an expansive knowledge of financial and securities-related issues and more than 10 years of experience in Washington, he will be instrumental in conveying CSE's positions on key legislative and regulatory matters.
Ms. Greenberg will be responsible for formulating and disseminating communications from CSE to the public. Drawing from 15 years of experience handling communications for several Chicago exchanges, she will be constructing and managing an integrated communications program for CSE that will include media relations, as well as the development of corporate collateral material and content for CSE's web site.

Mr. Gradler was a policy analyst for Tom DeLay, the recently elected House Majority Leader who moved up in the House Leadership after serving as the Majority Whip. Gradler served as a senior adviser to DeLay on economic, financial services and tax issues since 2001. Before that, he handled issues surrounding the U.S. capital markets as a financial economist for Phil Gramm (R-TX), the Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee. Prior to that, he worked for the office of Senator Richard C. Shelby, where he was an adviser on federal budget, tax policy, Social Security and international trade. He was also employed as an economist by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Mr. Gradler holds a Master's degree in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Ms. Greenberg headed the public relations department for the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) from 1987 to 1998, managing media relations, member and industry communications, and special events. Prior to joining the CBOE, she served as associate manager of public affairs for the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). Before that, she was public relations manager for the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange until that exchange affiliated with the CBOT. Her previous work experience also includes several years as a journalist covering the futures markets, as well as a position as senior consultant with a public relations firm. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Advertising from the University of Illinois.
