CHX Holdings Response To Reports On Outside Group Taking Ownership Stake

In response to published reports that it is in discussions with an outside group to take an ownership stake in CHX Holdings, Inc., the parent company of the Chicago Stock Exchange, CHX Holdings announced on Friday November 18:

While we are always interested in pursuing relationships that would be in the best interest of our shareholders, it is our policy not to comment on specific rumors.
