CHX Holdings, Inc. And The Chicago Stock Exchange Inc. Announce New Directors

CHX Holdings, Inc., parent of the Chicago Stock Exchange Inc., announced yesterday the election of four Directors to their Board and four Directors to the Board of the Exchange. In February 2005, the Exchange changed its organizational structure from a not-for-profit, non-stock corporation owned by its members to a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHX Holdings.

The new or reelected Directors are:

Class I for CHX Holdings (term expires in 2008)

  • William Atwood, Executive Director, Illinois State Board of Investment
  • Andy Davis, Chief Executive Officer, Rock Island Securities
  • Tom Richardson, Managing Director, U.S. Equities, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc.
  • Corrine Wood, recent Lieutenant Governor of the state of Illinois
Class I Directors for Chicago Stock Exchange Inc. (term expires in 2008)

Elected Vice Chairman of the Exchange:
