China Exchanges Services Company Limited (CESC), a joint venture (JV) of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) for the development of financial products and related services, is pleased to announce Liu Fuzhong and Ye Guoyu, both from SZSE, have joined its Board.
Mr Liu replaced Fu Decai as Co-Chairman of CESC while Mr Ye replaced He Jibao as Director of CESC.
CESC’s Board is comprised of three directors nominated by each of the JV partners. The Directors of CESC are listed in the table below.
