China Exchanges Services: Change Of Regular Review Schedule And Share Adjustment Policy For CES China Cross Border Index Series

China Exchanges Services Company Limited (CESC) and its index outsourcing agent China Securities Index Company Limited (CSIC) announce the effective day of the regular review of CES China Cross Border Index Series will be changed from the first trading day in January and July to after the market close on the second Friday of June and December.

CESC and CSIC also announce a change of the share adjustment policy for the CES China Cross Border Index Series. Under the new policy, different adjustment will be applied to constituent shares according to different type of corporate events that created the need for adjustment.

The change of regular index review schedule will be implemented in the next regular index review, while the change of share adjustment policy will take effect from 16 December 2013. The index methodology book will be updated to reflect the above changes.
