Chairman
Lee M. Mitchell, a member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange since 1996, initially was elected Chairman of the Board in April 2000. Mr. Mitchell is a partner in Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm with offices in Chicago, Denver and San Francisco. Prior to joining Thoma Cressey's predecessor firm, Mr. Mitchell served as president and CEO of The Field Corporation and its predecessor company, Field Enterprises, Inc., both private investment and management companies. Mr. Mitchell also was a partner with the Sidley & Austin law firm in Chicago and Washington, DC, where his practice focused on regulated industries. He also managed the development of the firm's Tokyo and Singapore offices. Mr. Mitchell has been a director of numerous public and private companies. He is a trustee of Northwestern University, where he serves on the Executive Committee; the Metropolitan Planning Council of Chicago, where he is Vice-Chair; and other non-profit organizations. Mr. Mitchell is a member of both the Commercial Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago. He received a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., and a juris doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School.

Andrew A. Davis is the President of Rock Island Specialists, Inc. and Rock Island Securities, Inc. and is the Managing Member of Rock Island Index Trading, LLC. Mr. Davis has served on the CHX Board of Governors (1992-1995, 1995-1998) and has been the Exchange's Vice Chairman (1999-2001). In addition, Mr. Davis has served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee, the Committee on Floor Procedure and the Rules Subcommittee. Mr. Davis is the President of the Association of Chicago Stock Exchange Specialists, and serves on the Board of the Illinois Securities Industry Association. Mr. Davis has a BA in Economics from Beloit College, and is currently Chairman of the college's Board of Trustees.
New Board of Governors
Corinne Wood recently completed a four-year term as Lieutenant Governor of the State of Illinois. In that role, she chaired the Illinois Main Street Council, which was an expanded downtown economic revitalization program that generated 1,000 new businesses, 5,000 new jobs and $336 million in infrastructure. She also chaired the Women's Health Illinois initiative, which expanded healthcare screenings for women and raised $2 million for cancer research. From 1997-1999, Ms. Wood served as Illinois State Representative for the 59th District. Ms. Wood is a practicing attorney, with experience in both private practice and in the public sector. She also serves on the boards of several organizations including the Cancer Treatment Research Foundation and Safe Place, a domestic violence shelter. Ms. Wood holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana and a J.D. from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
Keith Cardoza is the Director of Equities for the Boeing Company, where he is a member of the company?s Investment Strategy Committee, which evaluates and makes recommendations on asset allocation and strategy for Boeing?s $50 billion retirement plans. Before joining Boeing in 2002, Mr. Cardoza was the Portfolio Manager of Public Markets at the Illinois State Board of Investment, where he was responsible for all aspects of the state pension plans' domestic equity, international equity and fixed income portfolios. Mr. Cardoza currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Union League of Chicago and is a Founding Board Member of the Investment Professionals for Children?s Charities. Mr. Cardoza received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Thomas A. Kloet has recently completed an approximately three-year term as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Singapore Exchange Limited ("SGX"), a securities and derivatives exchange which serves as the comprehensive capital marketplace in Singapore. Among other things, in this role, Mr. Kloet successfully integrated two separate financial institutions - the Stock Exchange of Singapore and the Singapore International Monetary Exchange - into a new corporation. Before his work at SGX, Mr. Kloet served as Senior Managing Director of ABN AMRO Inc., the broker/dealer unit of ABN/AMRO Bank, NV, where he managed all operating activities for the global derivatives brokerage business. Mr. Kloet has also recently served as a Board member and as Treasurer of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and has held a number of other positions in the futures industry. Mr. Kloet holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant.
