The CHX annual meeting of stockholders will be on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 3:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Bank of America Building - 135 S. LaSalle Stree, (corner of Adams & LaSalle) 43rd floor Chicago, IL 60606
Formal notice of the meeting will be distributed closer to the date for the meeting.
