Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. Prices Secondary Offering At $67.00 Per Share

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CME) yesterday priced the secondary offering by certain of its shareholders of 2,057,451 shares of Class A common stock at $67.00 per share. The company will not sell any shares or receive any proceeds from the sale of stock by its shareholders in the offering.

The selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 308,618 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments.

The offering is being conducted in accordance with the company's charter in connection with the termination of the transfer restrictions on the company's Class A-2 common stock. Morgan Stanley is acting as the book-running manager for the offering with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities LLC as senior co-managing underwriters. Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities and William Blair & Company are acting as co-managing underwriters.
