Chase Belgrave is an independent financial advisory firm headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland with offices around the world. It’s aim is to create the ultimate financial planning service for expatriates and international people through traditional levels of service and a thoughtful, progressive approach to wealth management.
The CISI has had a National Advisory Council (NAC) in Switzerland since 2010 which consists of senior executives from the securities industry who work on a voluntary basis. The NAC works to further the CISI’s charitable objectives and to ensure that CISI meets the needs of local members and the financial community.
A recent collaboration has been agreed with the ACI-Financial Markets Association, based in Switzerland, to recognise the ACI’s Operations Certificate as equivalent to one technical exam of the CISI’s Investment Operations Certificate (IOC). CISI’s computer based exams can also be taken at a test centre in Geneva.
A July CISI CPD event was held in association with S&P Capital IQ for Swiss CISI members in Zurich and speaker Robert Quinn discussed the outlook for the Eurozone over the coming 6 months.
Corporate CISI supporters are offered exclusive analysis of employee performances and progressing in CISI exams from benchmark level to higher, more complex qualifications. In addition CISI corporate supporters are able to use enhanced CPD logging tools which allow the review of CPD logs of staff who are CISI members.
Individual CISI membership for staff is offered to Corporate CISI supporters which presents a range of CPD membership benefits.
In order to help our corporate supporters to debate, refresh and test integrity within their firms, as well as endorsing the CISI Code of Conduct, both Full Corporate and Affiliate Corporate supporters can complete IntegrityMatters, CISI’s online tool which tests users’ ability to make ethical workplace decisions. IntegrityMatters has been taken by over 5,000 people and along with the Integrity at Work CISI workshop is endorsed by many firms as a key component of in-house integrity and cultural change programmes.
Justin Harris, Managing Director of Chase Belgrave said: “I am delighted to have established this partnership with CISI and the whole team at Chase Belgrave is excited to build a better industry together.
