Charles Vermeulen Appointed Director Of AEX-Information Technology B.V.

Charles Vermeulen (57) has been appointed interim director of AEX-Information Technology B.V. with effect from May 4. Mr Vermeulen, who is currently employed at CMG, is taking over the responsibilities of Jan Willem van Doorn. The management of AEX-Information Technology B.V. will focus on preparing the company for the merger of the Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris exchanges. The merger project office, led by Jaap Bosma, will work with the management and staff of AEX-Information Technology B.V. on shaping ATOS Euronext Amsterdam.
