Changes To The NASDAQ Internet Index

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced the results of the Special Evaluation of the NASDAQ Internet Index® (Nasdaq:QNET), which will become effective prior to market open on Monday, June 24, 2013.

The primary purpose of this Special Evaluation is to include securities that may have been excluded from the Index during the March Annual Evaluation due to industry sector reclassification changes instituted by several organizations. This review is comprehensive and takes into account all of the eligibility criteria listed in the Index methodology. All securities meeting the eligibility criteria have been included; however, no deletions will be made at this time.

As a result of the Special Evaluation, the following nine securities will be added to the Index: Brightcove Inc. (Nasdaq:BCOV), Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq:CTRP), NQ Mobile Inc. (NYSE:NQ), Pandora Media, Inc. (NYSE:P), Support.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPRT), SciQuest, Inc. (Nasdaq:SQI), Xoom Corporation (Nasdaq:XOOM), YY Inc. (Nasdaq:YY) and Zillow, Inc. (Nasdaq:Z).

The Index is designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid U.S.-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses. The NASDAQ Internet Index is evaluated annually in March.
