Changes On The Central Securities Depository Of Poland Management Board

The Supervisory Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (KDPW, The Central Securities Depository of Poland) has appointed Mr Maciej Trybuchowski as President of the KDPW Management Board as of 10 September 2018. The Supervisory Board has appointed Mr Paweł Górecki as Vice-President of the KDPW Management Board as of 6 August 2018.

The Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych is comprised of:

  • Maciej Trybuchowski – President of the Management Board (as of 10 September 2018)
  • Paweł Górecki  - Vice-President of the Management Board (as of 6 August 2018)
  • Sławomir Panasiuk – Vice-President of the Management Board
  • Michał Stępniewski – Vice-President of the Management Board

Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych is the parent company of a group which offers advanced services for the financial industry including a depository for uncertificated financial instruments, registration of financial instruments, clearing and settlement of transactions from many markets, processing of payments to security holders, collecting and maintaining transaction details.

KDPW is responsible for the central securities depository and provides a range of services for issuers including processing of dividend payments, assimilation, exchange, conversion and split of shares, execution of subscription rights. KDPW operates the trade repository KDPW_TR and a numbering agency which issues ISIN, FISN, CFI identifiers. KDPW operates an ARM (Approved Reporting Mechanism) and is authorised to issue global LEIs.

The KDPW Group is comprised of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych and the clearing house KDPW_CCP.
