Changes In The General Management Of Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The FWB Exchange Council has, moreover, appointed Volker Potthoff, designated member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Börse AG, as FWB general manager effective April 1. Dr. Werner G. Seifert, Dr. Reto Francioni and Jürgen Blitz will vacate their posts as general managers as of the same date. Werner G. Seifert will be focusing on the reorganization of Deutsche Börse AG. Reto Francioni is leaving the Executive Board of Deutsche Börse AG, which is the operating company for FWB, on March 31. Jürgen Blitz has been a member of the executive management of Clearstream International, the company formed from the merger of Deutsche Börse Clearing and Cedel International, since January, which is the reason for vacating his post as FWB general manager.
