Change To Quarterly Review Euronext 100 Index & Next 150 Index

Following the official result of the take-over bid by the British company Vodafone group for the Dutch company Vodafone Libertel (Euronext 100 index), Euronext Indices announces a change to the outcome of the periodical quarterly review as published of 19 March 2003.

Following the official result of the take-over bid Vodafone Libertel will be removed from the Euronext 100 index as of 1 April 2003. As of 1 April 2003 the Portuguese company PT MultiMedia will be included in the Euronext 100 index, the French company Cerep will be included in the Next 150 index.

Moreover, the result of the quarterly review of 28 February 2003 will change as follows. These changes will be effective as of Tuesday 1 April 2003.

Euronext 100 index:
The following stocks will enter the Euronext 100 index:
Vodafone Telecel, Corio, Klépierre, Colruyt and PT MultiMédia SGPS.

The following stocks will be removed from the Euronext 100 index:
Havas, Koninklijke Numico, Alstom, Vedior and Vodafone Libertel.

Next 150 index:
The following stocks will enter the Next 150 index:
Impresa SGPS, Rexel, Havas, Alstom, Bull, Naf Naf, WDP, Koninklijke Numico, Vedior, Versatel Telecom International, VHS Onroerend Goed Maatschappij, Prosodie and Cerep.

The following stocks will be removed from the Next 150 index:
Klépierre, Algeco, Orpéa, Nicox, Melexis, IBA, Petroplus, Exact, Colruyt, Vodafone Telecel, Corio and PT Multimédia SGPS.

NextPrime and NextEconomy index: As result of the quarterly review of the Euronext 100 index, Vedior will enter the NextPrime index. The following stocks will be removed from the NextPrime index: Corio, Klépierre and Colruyt.

Please note: all these changes are subject to corporate actions during the period between the announcement date and the effective date.

The Euronext 100 and Next 150 index have been published since 2 October, 2000. They are constituted of the 250 securities with the highest market capitalisation, traded on the official markets of Euronext. In order to be included in the indices the securities must meet liquidity criteria that are specified in the rules of the indices. Euronext Indices is the compiler of the indices under the supervision of the independent Euronext Indices Steering Committee.
