Change Of Shares Of Moscow Exchange Indices On January 20, 2015

The total number of ordinary shares (Qi) of JSC "Inter RAO" used in Moscow Exchange indices will be adjusted on January 20, 2015. The new value — 104 400 000 000.

The change will affect the following indices: MICEX Index (MICEXINDEXCF), RTS Index (RTSI), Broad Market Indices (MICEXBMI, RUBMI), Electric Utilities Indices (MICEX PWR, RTSeu).
