Change in the initial trading date of Options on Tokyo Stock Exchange Japanese Government Bond Futures

The Tokyo Stock Exchange decided to advance the initial trading date of the following contract months of Options on Japanese Government Bond Futures, relying on the article 5.5 of Business Regulation and Order Acceptance Agreement of Options on Japanese Government Bond Futures. The change in the initial trading date is to respond to requests voiced by many users, and will be applied to January, February, and March 2000 contracts of Options on JGB Futures, which are all underlay by the March 2000 contract of JGB Futures. It is now planned that trading will start around early August. Exact date of the advanced initial trading date will be notified again.
