Change In Scoach Management Board - CFO/COO Marco Steeg Returns To Deutsche Börse AG - Simone Kahnt-Eckner To Take Over

Scoach, Europe's leading European trading platform for structured products, today announced a change to its Management Board. After three years' service, Marco Steeg (39) is returning to Deutsche Börse AG to head Controlling & Billing with effect from 1 November 2012. Simone Kahnt-Eckner (46) is to become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Scoach Schweiz AG, Zurich, and Scoach Europa AG, Frankfurt, also from 1 November 2012.
 
Simone Kahnt-Eckner has many years of experience in capital markets. She has been at Deutsche Börse Group since 1989. She has worked in Deutsche Börse's Xetra cash market since 2000 and, since 2007, has been in charge of the business with all exchanges that use Xetra as a trading platform as well as cash market shareholdings. Kahnt-Eckner is a graduate in Economics from the Leuna-Merseburg Technical University.
