Futures Exchange, LLC, For Contract Market Designation The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold an open meeting beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, to consider the application of the U.S. Futures Exchange, LLC (EUREX US), for contract market designation. The meeting will be held in the Commission's Washington, D.C. headquarters, Three Lafayette Centre, 1155 21st Street, N.W., in the first-floor hearing room.
