CFTC Swaps Report Update

The new Part 45 rules are going live December 5, 2022. See 17 C.F.R. Part 45.

The implementation of the new rules will necessitate changes to the code used by CFTC staff to produce the Weekly Swap Report (WSR) and precludes publication starting in late December 2022.

Publication of the WSR will resume as soon as the new code is ready and all data integrity issues are addressed.
