Please be aware that the version of CESR's final advice to the European Commission on the content of the first set of Level 2 implementing measures under the Directive on Markets in Financial Instruments including the annexes (Ref. CESR/05-024b) published on 31 January 2005 has been replaced due to a minor error, with the correct version of the document. Please note that the feedback statement (Ref.
