CESR Updates List Of Waivers Assessed Regarding MiFID Pre-Trade Transparency Obligations

CESR published today an updated table of waivers from MiFID pre-trade transparency obligations assessed at CESR level (Ref. CESR/09-324). The table includes information on new assessments made at CESR level regarding a waiver to be granted on the basis of Article 18(1)(a) of the MiFID Implementing Regulation (Reference Price Waiver). The information in the table will be updated on a continuous basis as and when CESR forms a view on whether a proposal made to a CESR Member satisfies the criteria of a particular waiver.

On 20 May 2009, CESR published the first waivers from MiFID pre-trade transparency obligations assessed at CESR level.
