This paper adds new Q&A to those included in the document CESR published on 18 July (CESR/06-296d). After each question an indication of the date of its first publication has been included to ease the identification of the new Q&A.
This Q&A, as indicated when first published, was developed to provide market participants with greater certainty and quick answers to their most common queries. As such, it will be a key tool in delivering supervisory convergence.
