CESR published in June 2007 its “Report on the supervisory functioning of the Prospectus Directive and Regulation” (CESR/07-225) that included some statistical data in relation to the number of prospectus approved and passported for the periods July 2004 to June 2005 and July 2005 to June 2006 (with quarterly disclosure). On 13 June 2008, CESR published the data for the period July 2006 to June 2007 (reported on a quarterly basis).
CESR publishes today the tables compiling the data for the period July 2007- to December 2007.
CESR has institutionalised this exercise and is working on the collection of the data for the period January 2008 to June 2008. This information will be published on CESR’s website.
