This consultation paper is the result of work done by the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) and the European Regulators’ Group for Electricity and Gas (ERGEG) in response to a request for advice by the European Commission (Commission).
CESR and ERGEG would welcome responses to the questions raised in this consultation paper, or other comments on the subject of this paper, which should be provided by 24 November 2008.
All contributions shall be submitted online via CESR´s website under the heading Consultations. CESR and ERGEG will publish all answers received, unless requested otherwise by the respondents. Respondents to this consultation paper should, however, endeavour to provide any confidential material in annexes that can be separated from publishable non-confidential material.
